01
Where they started
One owner and two growing practices under one roof: a med spa and a membership primary care practice, with a team patients come back to.
Both practices had earned their own front door.
02
What I pulled from it
Two kinds of visitor. A patient looking for a doctor and a client looking for aesthetics want different first answers, different prices and different next steps.
So the site needed one entrance and two doors.
03
The signature
Two front doors on the first screen. Each visitor chooses primary care or aesthetics and sees only what applies to them; primary care gets its own membership pricing and enrollment.

04
The finished site
Booking and enrollment hand off to IntakeQ, the system the practice already uses, and financing applications open on the page.

What I decided, and why
- Split the site at the front door. The homepage sends visitors down one of two paths, primary care or aesthetics, so each patient sees only what applies to them. Primary care has its own membership pricing and enrollment.
- Keep sensitive information off the website.Booking and enrollment hand patients off to IntakeQ, the practice’s existing system, rather than collecting anything sensitive on the marketing site.
- Don’t build a custom patient system. That was on the table. IntakeQ already did what they wanted, so building one would have meant paying twice.
- Put financing on the page, not behind a link.Patients apply for Cherry and PatientFi financing without leaving NVIV’s site, and their financial details go straight to the lender, never through the website.
Where it stands. In final revisions and launching soon: two clear front doors, financing built into the site, and no custom software to maintain or pay for.
